Anytype has many advantages, but two are fundamentally important to me: 1) Anytype is privacy focused (only you can access your data), 2) Anytype is blazing fast and the workflow is uninterrupted. However, Anytype is still in open beta and lacks Notion's database relations and rollups. But they are on the roadmap and the devs are very active and responding to the communities needs.
