Simple, fast, and powerful outliner. Has a 'zoom' feature that lets you focus to a particular node. I mostly use it for writing long text, although it's also great for making to-do lists.
Isnt open source, No end to end encryption, I cant pay with crypto, I would like better history managment, I would like read only mode in Mobile app
As a long-time Workflowy user, I can't imagine my life without it. This app has been my trusty companion for over a decade, helping me wrangle my scattered thoughts and endless to-dos into a manageable system. It's so good that I happily pay for premium now, just to support the team and ensure it sticks around. If you're drowning in tasks or can't seem to organize your ideas, give Workflowy a shot. It might just change your life like it did mine.
Really easy to add info and to find it later - I use several note-taking apps and this one is the most versatile and for everyday things, most useful. Beats Evernote and Google Keep hands down!!
I've been using Workflowy for years and absolutely love it. I use it both professionally as a Project Manager and personally for organizing life tasks and reminders. It meets all my needs and is completely reliable. I don't think I've EVER had a problem with it. It's on the level of Google in terms of stability and ease of use.
'Will not do' is imho the best to do app for android, you can find it on google play
workflowy is a powerful freemium outliner that is not local-first but is very fast with apps for every platform you'd need, amazing filtering abilities, and you can get your notes out at any time. Check out my full review at: https://www.noteapps.ca/workflowy/
