An ok browser for those who need it to work out of the box. I personally do not like Brave, spending my time to disable all the annoying bloat pisses me off. It's funny how they launched Brave Origin which is exactly what everyone wanted, but they made people pay for it.

The successor of HoneyView. I'm not sure if it carries over the ability to see image previews in context menu, but I really liked that ability. It may be that this can only be set up in installation mode by allowing all the extensions. I haven't put the effort in to uninstall and reinstall.

Pile does not support rich text with colored text. It doesn't have an Android app. It does however, permit images and pasting of clickable urls links.

  • "the open weights will be released next week." It's not the first time Alibaba announces opening models then never has (and finally announcing closing them), but since Kimi K3 is now also open weight and is very popular (to the point that OpenAI is discounting GPT-5.6), the room for closed models is shrinking every day.

It's time to rethink the whole AI economics, and banning Chinese models in the US (even if it's technically impossible) would only hurt OpenAI and Anthropic even more.

  • I really like when AI is used to help us visualize ideas instead of just generating text. Bringing history to life or previewing future projects directly inside Google Earth feels like a natural and genuinely useful application of generative AI.

  • "Google pulled its newly introduced "Nano Banana 2" AI image-generation feature from Google Earth less than 24 hours after launch. The tool was halted because users quickly used it to generate convincing fake satellite images of conflicts, disasters, and altered landmarks, raising severe misinformation concerns." Not that Google doesn't distort anyways. In Florida after the hurricanes, Google mapping blatantly skipped the more damaged buildings (evident in timestamping).. not the road,.....

This site has 9 domains, not just alias domains. Some sites will use email verifiers. The few that I tested showed up as disposable.

  • Comet Perplexity does this, too. Kimi WebBridge takes it a step further and actively searches different websites, etc.

It made me able to do what I wanted, so I'm grateful. Most free connections seem a bit weak. Netherlands seem like strongest connection.

I like Tunnlto because Proton's new free plan doesn't allow for split tunneling anymore. This works around that quite nicely.
