What is Super Productivity?
Super Productivity is a multi-platform software application designed for task management, time tracking, and personal project management on Linux, MacOS and Windows operating systems. The software is equipped with features to help users plan, track, and summarize their work, allowing the generation of time sheets and work summaries for easy exportation to other time tracking systems.
Super Productivity integrates seamlessly with Jira, Github, and Gitlab, offering automatic importation of tasks assigned to the user. It allows local planning of task details, automatic creation of worklogs, and immediate notifications of any changes. The software also provides tools for organizing project data, including the creation of notes, file attachments, and bookmarks for links, files, and commands, all of which can be conveniently tucked away when not in use.
The application also promotes healthy work habits, with a built-in break timer to remind users when it's time to take a breather. Users can collect personal metrics to analyze and adjust their work routines as needed. For those struggling with procrastination, Super Productivity offers an anti-procrastination feature to reconsider work options, along with a pomodoro timer. Notably, Super Productivity does not collect any user data and requires no user accounts or registration. It is a free and open source software.

Simple yet feature-rich, works both as a desktop app and in your browser! You have full control over your data :)
Best todo app that I've used - both simple and sophisticated. Been using it for 5+ years.
I enjoy using the app. The UI is really intuitive and beautiful. It's one of the apps that at the base of it is not fun to use, but due to the implementation of the UI and the UX, it's very nice to use. There are issues that happen with the synchronization of the data between devices (I'm using a next cloud instance on my VPS). The db gets corrupt sometimes which causes it to revert some updates of the tasks. This is the biggest problem of this app.
Still, I prefer it for my personal use to paid and proprietary software.
After trying and testing a ton of todo apps, list making apps, tasks apps, habit apps, and so on, THE best I've found that works on desktop as well as mobile devices and synch properly was SuperProductivity. I don't use time tracking, though, but the ability to switch from lists to panels, to calendar and agenda is simply awesome. Highly recommended.
Many useful features, completely free, and syncing between devices. Couldn't ask for more.
Light, feature-rich and continuously improving, dev is receptive and communicative and it is present on all possible platforms with syncing possibility. Arose fast among my daily drivers.
Design on Mac is not responsible. You need to fix it
