limit free plan 1000 block storage
> a block is any single piece of content you add your page, like a to-do item, an image, a code block, an embedded file, etc. think of your page as being made up of these bulding blocks. 1000 is plenty yo get you started. create at your own pace without a time limit

Free users have a limit of 1,000 blocks.
That's as generous as Evernote's 60mb upload limit.
I'm impressed.

Hello. I'd like to know if your "I'm impressed" is ironic or not. (I'm thinking about switching from Evernote to Notion.) Thanks.

Notion is way much more flexible and versatile than Evernote. Check out the videos on YouTube. Another tip regarding the 1000 block limit : Each workspace has its own 1000 block limit. So you could have multiple workspaces to manage even more stuff (eg. I have one for work, one for personal, and another for special projects, etc.). But in the event I break my 1000 block limit, I would gladly pay for the subscription, it's just that good.

  • Employees can read your notes. Since May they removed the 1000 block limit for free users. It's a win-win.
  • When you sign up, you will be opted in for newsletters albeit infrequent that you do not consent. There's no option for newsletter subscription in the settings. Newsletters are still sent even you have deleted your account. The only way to unsubscribe is by receiving a newsletter from them then click unsubscribe there. Now, what if you want to resubscribe to their newsletter?
