I like Trello, but was a little bit concerned about the security. So I am switching it to pm tools that can be self-hosted. I compare the features and workflow of Jira and ZenTao, and chose the later for it supports the whole lifecycle of software development. Just a thougt.
i like it so much! I use it for personal tasks and projects sush as a wedding or a birthday party.
We use it at wirk as a team. It is a great way to collaborate, to see the progress, to share, to comment, to do the tasks as a team.
I like that it has a free version for both personal and team use.
ITs interface is easy to use.
Their Mascot Taco is awesome!
you can read many blogs about how to organize trello (color tagging, cards, extensions, etc) but in the end an example is 1000 words

this is my favorite public trello to use as a gold standard example of how it should be used:
I highly suggest getting chrome extension for boards
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/boards-for-trello/eknhddnoflchkcccjgdddmnimjggiona?hl=en
makes it easier to fit 8 boards on one page as opposed to it going out of the screen.
makes it easier to work with / look at
I’ve tried almost every project-management platform on the market, and nothing came close to the intuitive user experience I get with Trello. It’s the little things that make it so great. Like setting due dates to tasks, checklists, color-coded labels and adding specific members to each task. I also love the integrations with Google Drive and and InVision. Super handy.
I guess the only drawbacks for a free users are obviously the limited storage space (2GB) and the limited number of included power-ups. I wish they’d add more power-ups.
great tool to use and can easily manage.
