Platforms

  • Mac  Requires macOS 14 or later and an Apple Silicon Mac.
  • Windows  Windows 11, x64. Extract the ZIP and run the installer. The installer is unsigned. Updates are installed manually.
  • Linux  x64 and ARM64, tested on Ubuntu 24.04. Requires GTK 3, WebKitGTK 4.1 and an unlocked Secret Service provider such as GNOME Keyring. Updates are installed manually.

What is Deckloud?

Deckloud is an independent client for Nextcloud Deck on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows and Linux. Connect your Nextcloud server with Deck enabled to open your existing boards. In self-hosted mode, board and card content syncs directly with your server.

Manage boards, cards, labels, due dates, comments and attachments. Search across boards and keep supported edits queued while offline until the connection returns.

It also has repeating cards whose schedule is saved in your Nextcloud, Smart Capture for turning a list into several cards, and a Team view of who has what.

The iPhone and iPad app also offers an optional free Deckloud Cloud workspace for people without a server. Cloud is hosted by Deckloud and is not end-to-end encrypted. Cloud Free does not include Pro.

Core features are free. Pro is an optional one-time purchase. Pro purchased on iPhone or iPad can also activate the desktop app; a desktop-only purchase does not unlock Pro on iPhone or iPad.

Mac requires macOS 14 or later and Apple Silicon. Windows requires Windows 11 x64. Linux builds support x64 and ARM64 and are tested on Ubuntu 24.04. Check the official downloads for installation requirements.
