Really well done app! You can custom any board with custom fields, formulas... You can even work with your teammates on a same board and each one can set a custom view (kanban, list, table...) with filters and all! Very customizable compared to Trello

padszabo Zenkit is a really strong, but simple tool to manage project work in a team. It's built in a way, that makes it easily usable and understandable, even if you are using it for the first time. We are using Zenkit to coordinate our efforts in a small team - and it makes it very easy, to assign tasks, lets you easily keep track of the progress made and never lose sight of what tasks are still open. Definately recommended !

Open source. Perhaps the only real alternative for Trello in this segment. They have nice comparison page against Trello

kribbremath Still in active development, has a lot of installation options, but have no packaged version for most common Linux systems, like Debian or Debian-based distros (Ubuntu), RedHat/Centos or derived distros. I mean It's not boxed yet, installation with shell script is really ugly now, in 21th century. Default color scheme is pink and in version I installed it's real pain to modify it to something more comfortable and convinient.

KuboFHromoslav Remember The Milk is simple task list, not a project management tool. It even does not support subtasks, what would to some extent be similar to project management.

vasilenchev It's way more customizable then Trello and beautifully designed. Also, Trello is dead. Nothing really new happens since they sell out.

adaeldeniro Trello is too lean, Ora has more powerful features. They also have a great roadmap of upcoming features that I am excited about.

lehulilo Ora is seriously better! Gorgeous design, frequent updates and great support! Best of all was when I found out there is a multiple select feature in the kanban board!

debi Ora is like Jira and Trello had a baby! I missed some features in Trello and Jira was to cumbersome so I am super happy I found this one. Strongly recommend you to check their homepage and see for yourself.

kamekom It's just better! Slicker looks, more features and your team can get done with one tool instead of using 5 different tools and paying for each one of them.

KuboFHromoslav Phabricator is centered around software development, but works very well on non-software project management with its kanban boards. It also provides very rare feature: the card can be simultaneously in multiple boards. Another useful feature is subtasks.
