One of the most important features of Jira as an issue track is, that I can very easy add a screenshot to the bug description (wysiwyg, copy-paste).

trello does not have the features to manage workflow in nearly the same capacity. It's fine for small projects and teams, but I can't see who's working on what, what the status of a task or story is, view burn down charts or any of the other functionality I would want for a large-scale project.
