We use it for almost 6 years, and we are very happy using redmine.
We use it for issue tracking and project management.
Stable, reliable and nicely integrated in Debian, no need to over-complicate things with Dockers or similar hype-driven developer tools.
Simple fast project management developed using Ruby.
For the small team, this is a bit overkill.
Setting up the server, installing dependencies, and customizing Redmine for your own needs can take some time, but once set up it ran without a hitch. Great software.
We use it for daily bug tracking and project management. Clean and easy to use.
I wouldn't call it easy to use. It's based on ruby, so installation process is quite complicated and official guides omits lots of important steps, yet still overloaded, difficult to read. Though it's not as bad as trac's installation nightmare.

For a long time I was hesitant to install and try this because my lack of Ruby knowledge. For the first time I decided to learn the basics and install it in my server and Im not going back. Try the live demo from the website and see for yourself.
