Taskflo is a web-based kanban board for teams, organised the way Trello is: workspaces hold boards, boards hold lists, and lists hold cards. Cards support labels, due dates, checklists, comments, file and link attachments, a priority, an assignee and watchers. Changes made by other members appear live without refreshing.
Taskflo's main difference from Trello is pricing. Plans are priced by team size rather than per user, and every plan includes every feature. The Free plan covers up to 5 people, Starter covers 10, and Pro covers 50. Workspaces, boards and cards are unlimited on all plans, and a person who belongs to several of your workspaces counts once. Prices are shown in US dollars or Indian rupees.
Existing Trello boards can be brought over with the built-in importer. It reads a Trello JSON export, carries across lists, cards, labels, checklists, comments and due dates, and lets you match Trello members to people in your workspace.
The board can be driven entirely from the keyboard, with arrow or h/j/k/l navigation, shortcuts to move cards, a Cmd/Ctrl+K command palette and undo. It also has a dark mode and a layout that works on phones.
