Quevell is a cloud-based issue and project tracking platform designed for teams that need to organize work, adapt their processes, and maintain control over changes and access. It brings project planning, issue tracking, team knowledge, automation, and administration into one product.
Issues and project management
Teams can manage issues with custom fields, checklists, attachments, linked issues, assignees, priorities, and due dates. Kanban and Scrum boards support continuous work and sprint planning. Time estimates and worklogs are recorded directly on issues, while QQL provides structured search and reusable filters.
Configurable workflows
Administrators can define workflows with their own statuses and transitions and assign them to projects and issue types. Every publication creates a revision that preserves the workflow definition, author, and publication time. Earlier revisions remain available for inspection and can be loaded as drafts for future changes.
Automation with a built-in check
Automation rules respond to events or run on schedules. Conditions use QQL, the same query language available for issue search. Before enabling a rule, teams can check its effects against real issues without saving changes or sending external calls. An execution journal records results and rule revisions.
Knowledge base
Knowledge pages support Markdown, drafts, revision history, and access controls. Pages can be linked to related issues, keeping technical documentation, instructions, and decisions connected to the work they support.
Permissions and audit
Project roles and issue security levels control access to work. Administrator rights can be requested and approved for a limited period, with automatic expiration. Issue history and the company audit trail help identify who made changes, when they happened, and what changed.
API, MCP, and data portability
Quevell provides a documented API and MCP integration for connecting external tools and AI agents. MCP connections can operate through OAuth with a user's permissions or through dedicated service accounts. Access remains subject to the product's permission model.
CSV imports support validation before changes are applied. Issues and attachments can be exported in CSV or ZIP formats, and knowledge pages can be exported as Markdown.
Pricing and availability
Quevell offers a 30-day trial with up to 10 seats and access to all product capabilities. After the trial, teams can continue using a free plan with up to five seats.
Paid user seats cost 450 RUB (~ $5) per month. Service accounts cost 300 RUB (~ $3.5) per month. All product capabilities are included without separate feature tiers.
Quevell is available in English and Russian. Product documentation is publicly accessible at quevell.com.
