Taskeo is a web-based workspace for freelancers, agencies and teams that deliver services to clients or manage internal projects.
Organize projects and tasks with assignees, deadlines, custom statuses, priorities and checklists. Keep comments, files and project documentation alongside the work.
Record time with a timer or manual entries, including the person, date and description of the activity. Review submitted work and monitor time and financial budgets, customer rates and internal costs.
Select recorded work for invoicing and create invoices with PDF, QR payment and ISDOC output. Internal projects can be managed without invoicing.
The interface is available in Czech and English. Taskeo is offered as a paid subscription with 14 days to try the service.
Pricing (excluding VAT): SOLO costs CZK 149 per month, or CZK 1,188 per year (equivalent to CZK 99 per month, paid annually). TEAM costs CZK 699 per month, or CZK 5,988 per year (equivalent to CZK 499 per month, paid annually), with unlimited users. INDIVIDUAL pricing is available on request.
