Microsoft to do works completely offline too. Trello's servers went down, and my work team was out for almost a whole day, we lost a day's worth of task management and had to temporarily document on Microsoft Word.

Simple yet powerful. Where Microsoft ToDo has a simple interface and plain old lists, workflowy has significantly more powerful features while maintaining plain text lists.
