Joplin Nextcloud integration lacks, you can't read it on the server or share, it only makes sync possible, but you can do both with Qownnotes, also Joplin encrypts and use an sqlite database that makes pretty much useless for system wide note search, while on Qownnotes I can happily search for the title of it as it saves as filename. What Joplin has that Qownnotes does not is a better web clipper and a nicer gui, at the cost of Jopling using way more RAM and CPU
