OF is GTD based and Todoist has very little to do with GTD. There are no defer dates, projects can't be completed (only archived) and there are many more parts where Todoist falls short as a GTD application.

Omnifocus is a totally different app to ToDoist. TD is a list-making app, where omnifocus is more getting things done.

To Do lacks far too many of the features available to others on this list. I have the most experience with Asana, and there's no comparison between To Do and Asana.

This has a lot if not all the functionalities (Including tags/contexts, Nestable Categories, weekly review, filters, focus... many others) that Omnifocus boasts but on a platform also available to Windows users.
