What is MyLifeOrganized?
MyLifeOrganized (MLO) is a personal task outliner and to-do list manager which will help you to organize your goals, projects and tasks into a tree.
The Outline view lets you easily navigate and zoom in to any level of depth, while the to-do view provides a clear list of tasks that need to be done. Based on your input, the app automatically generates a sorted checklist.
MLO helps you stay focused on relevant tasks. With a variety of filters and options it lets you pull up lists of tasks that really matter. Regular and location-based reminders ensure that you won't miss a thing no matter where you are.
MLO is an ideal tool for Getting Things Done (GTD).

By far the most intense, feature-rich GTD app (by FAR!)...but the UX/workflow is nasty. Ugh
after comparing MLO to other "standard" todo apps like RTM, Astrid, Any.DO as well as other list-capable tools like Evernote and Wunderlist, I found that no other software in the market is nearly as customizable and versatile as MLO. also worth mentioning is the interactive approach the developer takes towards further releases, where users can vote for their most-desired features to be implemented. didn't have any technical difficulties, so I can't really judge the support.
been a fan for several years now, using the app on Windows (both desktop and laptop, at work and at home) and Android (via Cloud Sync) in the PRO version, I'm still amazed by the features MLO offers and integrates into one sound task management concept. only drawback is the not-so-fancy look of the Windows app, hoping for an upgrad with the V4 here ;)
Unfortunately, according to AlternativeTo, MyLifeOrganized does not support macOS or web.
Extremely powerful and well-thought. With endless hierarchy of subtasks, flexible filters, it helps me keep on track all my projects.
I bought the pro edition for Windows because it seemed to do everything I was looking for in a very simple way. It's let me organise a project I was working on and get some clarity to what has to be done and in what order it needs to be achieved. No faulting it's ability to do that.
However, I also want to be able to update the plan on my iPad, so I installed the iPad version. WiFi sync was faultless and I was quickly working on both iPad and PC, swapping projects with ease. That's when I found that I needed to pay around 50% of the Windows price for the iPad app in order to retain sync capability. Given that there are many free alternatives out there, and given the price of typical iPad apps, I found the cost of the iPad app makes this a very expensive package.
As a result, I deleted the iPad app and have hardly used MLO on the PC. I guess it depends on needs, but I will always need both PC and iPad.
I'm using the paid version; entirely worth the investment. I think I'll get even better results with it if I spend some time playing with it - but, within a few minutes of the download, it was clear - without spending a lot of time familarizing myself with its features - that it was exceptionally useful, and stable. A bit of searching the google usergroup established that it was/is well supported by its designer(s), and is a work in progress - that is, I expect it will become more useful over time. JS
Have been using MLO for a number of years. Whilst it is probably not the easiest ToDo list manager to learn, what I like is that it incredibly flexible and once you have sussed it out, very quick to use. It doesn't impose a particular way of working so if you like taking bits of different methologies and your own ideas to build a way of working that is personal to you, then MLO is definitely worth consideration.
