22Ezra22 Easiest to use and has the most features. With most Photoshop alternatives you cannot even re-edit text after typing.

Henry220 Yes, PH costs a lot. But It's still very effective there are much more features for a professional photographer and to my mind PH has more convenient workflow.

It's all way better. GIMP constantly mess the workflow and functionality unstable. My mouse sometimes won't click anything in GIMP popup interface.

Hank_Scorpio Missing loads of features gimp has. Can’t make layers. Selection tools are basically nonexistent. Disappointing.

Pixlr E has a lot of the same features that GIMP has and Pixlr X allows to make minor edits to photos quickly. Both run in a browser without any need to be installed. And yeah, both are free to use :)
