Comments about Audacious as an Alternative to AIMP
Top Positive CommentUnk42 Roman MOpenSource software. Expandable player with support for different visual styles.
Top Negative CommentIt doesn't have the same features from AIMP and it looks more like an alternative for Winamp than an alternative for AIMP.
Most Recent CommentPixelatedCube64It has a lot of customization and works similarly to AIMP, and it is very good for editing metadata. One minor issue, it doesn't support editing metadata for opus files, which for me personally is a deal breaker, but probably isn't for most.

Comments about Clementine as an Alternative to AIMP
Top Positive CommentVery simple and light with great playlist functionalities
Top Negative CommentClementine looks ugly and dated. It doesn't have a variety of themes for the GUI (skins), for the icons, plugins, color changing, there's no complex equalizer, no sound effects and audio convertion like AIMP. It lacks a lot of things and shouldn't be compared to AIMP.
Most Recent CommentConxoIs very dated and does not have half of the functionalities. also kinda ugly tbh
