We are looking for a solution that can copy images on CD ROM through Be able to run on Microsoft surface compatible personal computers with Microsoft Windows 10 or better. b) Provide for adequate indexing to enable users to determine the report job#, name, and job dates (i.e., Weekending, Month-ending, Quarterly, or Annual) contained within the CD-ROM. c) Provide for a user-friendly search mechanism that will allow for information to be found in an expeditious manner. d) Provide for easy on-line viewing, with zoom options, of 132-position reports on the PC screen without having to scroll. e) Provide for the ability to print 1 or multiple highlighted report images from a Microsoft surface compatible PC to a copier or printer through a network server. f) Provide for highlighted report images on the CD-ROM to be exported to Microsoft Office Software (2016 or later) such as Excel, Word, or Access processing applications. Software should provide for cut and paste options. g) Each CD-ROM delivered should preferably come with auto-Joad software capabilities. h) Contractor must maintain a full set of CD-ROMs as back up during the contract period .5 CD-ROM archival life should be for a minimum of 20 years and gold backing or better CD-ROMS are required. Monthly reports are expected to be delivered on I original CD-ROM per department with 4 copies for General Accounting department and I copy for the payroll department, as specified ni the estimated department CD-ROM requirements document. It i sestimated that the # of images to be taken for the original CD-ROM requirements over the 2-year period will be 5.1 million.
