It just simply works. Light, no ads, supports every major disk image format.

Light-weight, easy to use, supports many image formats and very important: it's FOSS.

While the portable edition "works" on Win10, "Windows Explorer" has been replaced/redesigned as "File Explorer", so, not so much. One recent comment on PowerISO complains that WinCDEmu doesn't create iso files. I was going to argue; it was easy to do from XP to 8.1, but I can't figure out how to do it in Win10 File Exploder either! It used to be so well integrated, it was easy to forget it didn't come from Micro$oft. Perhaps it still keeps all its features in 10, but it's very difficult to use.
