No audio track support

WinCDEmu currently doesn't support mounting images with CDDA/Redbook audio tracks, not even in uncompressed format. So far, plans of contributors to add this to the source have not manifested.

This is just a note to everyone who mentinos this software as an alternative to DAEMON Tools. As far as I know, DAEMON Tools is currently the only (at least the only free) software that is able to mount audio tracks.

Exactly. It is its only annoying limitation. If you want to mount a .cue with data + audio tracks of an old game (e.g. Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure, Activision 1995) you can't with with WinCDEmu (Apr 2019).

Daemon Tools is Freemium, not Freeware. Definitely not Open Source. That last bit makes a big difference to some people...but I hear you on the .cue tracks, as I used to grab a lot of stuff from Usenet before the IPtrolls broke everything. We are the niche, but it's a niche thing.
