Some AVs block FileZilla on macOS for some reason and I couldn't use it. Cyberduck is excellent alternative Open Source as it is very similar to all of them.

Comments about Muon SSH/SFTP client as an Alternative to WinSCP
Simplest SFTP client out there!
- 44 SmartFTP alternatives
SmartFTP is an FTP (File Transfer Protocol), FTPS, SFTP, WebDAV, S3, Google Drive, OneDrive, SSH, Terminal client. It allows you to transfer files between your local computer and a server on the Internet.
SmartFTP Features
Contrary to many of the comments here, Filezilla does support SFTP. Both SFTP and SCP are SSH-based file transfer protocols and usually when you can use one, you can use both. SCP doesn't allow browsing the filesystem, it's transfer only, so WinSCP is actually using a hacky workaround: https://winscp.net/eng/docs/requirements#scp
I prefer WinSCP, personally, but Filezilla is a perfectly good alternative.
