What is Tender Support?

Tender Support is a customer support software that centralizes customer care functions. It includes help desk functionality, community forums, a knowledge base, and email support. It functions like an email system, allowing you to receive notifications, reply on the move, and use keywords for quick actions.

The community forums feature facilitates user interaction and discussions. You can reply publicly or privately to these discussions. The knowledge base can be used to answer frequently asked questions, allowing customers to find solutions themselves. Tender Support collects support requests from various sources and directs them to your Tender site.

Tender Support provides a customizable support site for customers to initiate and monitor discussions. You can use your own email address to send and receive support issues, with discussions automatically created when you forward your emails to Tender. The software sends out tracking emails, known as Heartbeats, to ensure email forwarding and processing are functioning correctly. If a customer sends an email to your personal address, you can forward it to your support address, and a discussion will be created. You can also embed a widget on your website for users to start discussions.

The software offers features to help your staff stay organized. It allows you to assign discussions to the right person and provides reminders for follow-ups. Reports generated by the software help you monitor response times, productivity, and team performance.
