Although it is similar to the desktop one, I've been using this for quite some time now and I must say I like it.
Excel has lots of features compared to the Desktop alternative (not completely everything!!!!) and is very useful for the "normal" tasks.
Not free. Go ahead and follow the links provided and prove me wrong. I dare you. Whoever listed this program alternative either needs to update it or else they are probably microsoft promoters.
just some hassle
Office Live is a load of hooey. The only thing it does well is transfer online documents into Microsoft Word (duh...)
Works much better with Office 2007 .***x files than Google Docs, but runs slower than Google Docs, and collaboration features are inferior.
Google Docs limited me, when uploading pre-made Word and Excel files. 500K was the max. Microsoft Office Live has allowed much larger files so far.
