Comments and Reviews
The most important thing about word online is that it makes it easy to open online documents in the desktop version. This is good, because the online version is bad.
Beyond basic writing and changing fonts/headers, word online starts to panic a little. and when you start adding in images and get past a few dozen pages, it really doesn't know what to do.
The collaboration feature works reliably, which is good, but it doesn't always play well if you have 1 person in desktop mode, and another in online. The changes won't always save. Word usually warns you when this happens. Also, eventually the "open in desktop" feature becomes temperamental with larger documents, where documents simply won't always save to the online version for unexplained reasons.
Atleast the formatting that happens behind the scenes seems to work, because many time an online-document will look wrong, but when downloaded to word/pdf, it will arrange itself as you might expect.
