or
Brackets Edge Editor (of Adobe and it's open source and free, a very good editor with refresh automaticlly in your browser but just Chrome so)

The most voted alternative to Coda is Vim? Really?

I know you guys love Vim, open source, good old software... but seriously, THERE IS NO WAY IT CAN BE THE MOST VOTED CODA ALTERNATIVE. A text based interface, with none of the features Coda offers except for automatic text highlighting...

You hardcore freaks turn the great idea this web is into something useless.

I don't know every alternative listed here, but I know most of them do not offer coda compatibility with subetha engine ( http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaengine/ ). I think the first alternative here should offer that as it's the main differential point of coda (and subethaedit).
