Comments about Thunderbird as an Alternative to Claws Mail
Jason BrownI never got to random bugs and troubleshooting. TB always crashed before I got to that stage. Even on a 16gb debian machine with an SSD. Claws not as easy to use but much, much lighter. Wish they'd get rid of that creepy turkey foot logo tho.

Comments about Apple Mail as an Alternative to Claws Mail
Mel Sharploof"The best way to manage email on a Mac, according to Apple." Which is refreshing, since the makers of most email apps don't claim that their app is the best.
Thunderbird is great if you want the tantalizing prospect of tons of power & customizability, and an equivalent amount of random bugs and troubleshooting to make sure it's not worth it.
