The accessibility of the commands is great, the most important features are free. I haven't felt the need to change to a third pdf viewer. Plus, you can print to PDF when many other software started eliminating this option.

The UI is kludgy and looks like it belongs in the 1990's. Also, basic functionality now included in Adobe isn't (or at least not easily) found in Foxit. I love Foxit's products and have a Business user of theirs for years - so, this is really disappointing.

ccxfied One of the best possible alternatives to Adobe Reader and Foxit. FOSS, available as UWP. Isn't as lightweight as SumatraPDF, but has configurable memory/RAM profiles and a plenty of annotation options. Customizable and Privacy-respecting. What else do y'want? Except if you're searching for Booklet Printing or some Pro Features you get on other PDF apps, Okular is the pefect app.
