    Acronis keeps breaking and it is next to impossible to talk with tech support - even to resolve simple licensing problems. After being an Acronis customer for 6 years, I can't stay with them any more. Macrium Reflect seems like a great alternative!

    Crashplan is a backup software, not a disk cloning software. I have and use Crashplan but still need something to clone my system disk.
