Base size UPZ'ed with its default plugins & Skins with both x86 & x64 exes is 925kb
The power of this is INSANE, easily match for Q-Dir, FreeCommander & Double Commander

Not User Friendly
The tabbed approach seems nice, though I was really looking for the WinMerge feature. This program has it, but it behaves badly for what I consider a standard and simplistic process. Good if you need to pick apart files maybe, but fails to do a simple combine. Fortunately, and uniquely, it creates .bak files
Simple, portable, one panel manager with tabs and locks. It comes in very handy, when you need to create a hub with many locked tabs, leading to your favourite folders. It also has a lot of plugins for various tasks and takes only 1MB after unpacking its 500KB zip-archive. Marvelous stuff, so 5 stars.
Simple yet powerful! Maybe lock some of the advanced features when compared to total commander and other alternatives, but i found it useful in every way.
