    In my experience, Flameshot has worked far quicker than ShareX. While ShareX does have more features, Flameshot works well as an alternative if you only require a good screenshot tool.

    The only downside using Flameshot is also a dealbreaker, it doesn't detect window regions. The best free alternative is Snipaste IMO.

    I have been using ShareX for years but it's always been a pain to configure and so on. If you need LOADS of features and freedom to upload where you want and so on ShareX is great but really like the simplicity of Lightshot.

    I was in search of the snipping tool which would show dimensions in pixel while snipping. Lightshot does that exactly and saves in just one click. I tried other tools but I was disappointed.
