Organic Maps is a privacy-focused and community-developed GPS navigation app for drivers, hikers, and cyclists.

My favorite map provider just wish it had more addresses
The lack of addresses is due to it being based on OpenStreetMaps, not anything explicitly of its own control. Anyone can help add addresses by visiting https://www.openstreetmap.org/
If you don't want to edit OSM you can leave a note about an address to add with https://www.onosm.org/

FLOSS tool, all what needed for offline navigation and mapping, multi-platform, GPS tracks.
I used to use OsmAnd, but it wouldn't find the exact house number when searching, while Organic Maps can. That was reason enough to switch.
