This are great news, codeberg is focusing in projects made by humans mainly while not banning the use of AI for small tasks. The people who see an issue with this probably don't know how to write code directly, so they just want to generate all the vibe coding possible for their "apps". Like if human writen code was always good and secure... I don't say vibe coding is the future, it definitely works best when the human drive the model and understand its code. But these tools (with all the problems it comes with) make things more accessible and its sad that a good FOSS platform is against accessibility because of moral issue with "AI slop". At least they are not stupid and not banning all LLM generated code from their Terms.
