Hands down the best web browser for macOS. It's way more lightweight, fast and less ressource hungry than Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. It's less customizable and has less extensions than the competition but it's enought for 95% of the people.
i think safari works just fine, i have been using it for a while now and is my go-to browser, never fails.
As an Apple fan, I have always been on the defensive when it comes to their products. However, I must say they are seriously starting to lag behind in their browser department, ie Safari. The only reason why I use it because it is the most lightweight. Otherwise, I'm all for the others in the competition.
You can't disable left sidebar mouse-hover. I searched for it a couple of times.
Jumping bug is much more serious, I thought apple would solve it very soon. When I open a new tab and search for something or enter a url, there is a random possibility that before it loads, if I go to another tab, it suddenly destroys the current tab and replaces it with what I entered in new tab. And new tab remains empty page. And going back does not work. Totally replaced. I should go to history and find what was open on that tab.
After a while it becomes really scary, it reduces productivity and speed. I'm literally afraid of searching new things.
They copied chrome a bit in the last version, they're very similar.
I'm no fan of Apple, but this is a good browser.
