What is DoppleDesk?
DoppleDesk gives small teams a clean, easy-to-use ticketing queue for tracking support requests. Teams can create a free, branded public portal where anyone can submit a ticket without creating an account. Templates and custom fields allow one portal to support different request types.
Agents sign in to a shared workspace where they can view, assign, snooze, comment on, and close tickets from any device. They receive in-app alerts for assignments, mentions, and updates via a notification bell.
DoppleDesk is designed around its free tier: up to 20 agents and 50 active tickets, with no per-seat charges or time limit. Paid Plus and Pro plans add more agents, tickets, templates, and portals at flat rates paid monthly (or annually, with a discount). Built-in CSV export, optional daily or weekly backup emails, and configurable retention rules make it easy to keep records or clear out older tickets automatically. We'll never delete open tickets: if you reach the limit, you can upgrade for more space or delete tickets yourself to make more space again.
DoppleDesk stands out for teams that want a straightforward ticketing system without the per-seat pricing or heavy onboarding typical of larger help desks. Its free tier is built to be usable long-term for small organizations, and its flat-rate upgrades keep costs predictable as a team grows.
