I tried several different phone solutions but only CloudTalk has fulfilled all my requirements.
Our office, and by that I mean myself, personally, went through countless management systems and we tried out all kinds of services. Finally, we found CloudTalk and thank goodness we did! It allowed us to integrate our go to services such as Google Contacts, SalesForce and Freshdesk. It's got a simple interface and it's easy to use. You don't need to watch training videos to understand the system, it's intuitive. The most important feature has been the ability to create as many custom fields as we need and then to be able to access them from multiple devices, in and out of the office. It's been a business saver!
