    Aspia is great for direct connections on the same network. It will also work for public IP connected devices, but needs no settings to be changed for local network connections.

    My purpose was to have a tool to connect to a computer in the same private network that mine so i did not want the traffic to go outside home. This makes for me aspia the best alternative from the others ones because it was the simplest to to install: no dependencies just run

    For developers, screen sharing shouldn’t be optimized for low bandwidth or presenting some slides. It should be high definition, that you still can read the tiny font of your colleague. No more, “wait a minute, the stream isn’t updating”.
