Every - and I mean every - other "simple" Todo app looks bloated and messy compared to this... because they are. It's feature packed, but really well organzied and just simple. 10/10

Comments and Reviews

Comment summary: Tasks.org is frequently praised for its simplicity, powerful features, and customization options. Many users find it to be the best task management app for Android, appreciating its offline capabilities and synchronization, including EteSync support and Google Tasks compatibility. The open-source nature is also a highlight. However, some express a desire for desktop versions—particularly for macOS and Linux—and note the lack of web or desktop support.

It supports etesync as synchronization service. People who don't want to depend on a own CardDAV server or don't want to manage a own Nextcloud instance can use etesync in combination with Tasks to have tasks synchronized End-to-End encrypted to the cloud.
