Comments about DaVinci Resolve as an Alternative to VEGAS Pro
Pick a reason why you want to report DaVinci Resolve, Try to provide any extra info that could be relevant, like links to more info and similar. The program does not work properly on Linux. Very few video formats are accepted. You have to convert your recorded videos into a format suitable for DaVinci Resolve. This is annoying and ultimately costs more storage space. I prefer to use Kdenlive on Linux.
the free download requires an obscene amount of personal information to be inputted; you can put bogus information but it's still very intrusive. after downloading and installing on linux mint, it looked like it was not compatible with the os at all; it wouldn't run.

Some users think DaVinci Resolve is a great VEGAS Pro alternative, some don't.
