This software is not too bad in its genre. It provides pretty advanced features if you take the best version of it. Coupled with Colour Director you can finetune the image though personnaly I never used that.
Cyberlink PowerDirector is fast, well, the render and video stabilization is, BUT... It's fast render because it actually renders half of frames it should, the video output is choppy, can't even compare to GPU renders from other vendors, you actually have to use compare to other software like Adobe Premiere Elements or Vegas, this last ones have lot better quality.
Ever since version 18, Cyberlink became subscription sofware... and that's when it began going down the sink, focusing on basic features. Its image libraries include lots of flowers, party cellebrations, weddings, etc. and old fashioned ornaments (which gives you an idea as to whom the product is geared towards) Yes, you can still buy the one off version, with ever growing limitations which drive you towards buying the subscription version. It works ok, but definitely not worth the money. Any competing video editor such as Olive, which is 100% free, does a better job. Definitely not recommended.
It is a great video editor and good quality :) 10 out of 5 but you only have 5 but 10
