Talk is a video editor for iPhone and iPad that you control with plain sentences instead of menus. Say or type what you want, such as "remove the silences and add captions in red" or "make the captions bigger and move them to the top", and Talk turns it into edits on a normal timeline. Roughly 80 editing actions sit behind the prompt bar, the microphone listens in the language your iPhone is set to, and every change is an ordinary timeline edit that you can undo or finish by hand.

Free, with no time limit and no watermark: • Auto-captions in 31 languages, transcribed on the device • Silence and dead-space removal, filler-sound removal (um, uh, er, hmm) and scene detection • Tap to Blur: tap a face, a number plate, a screen or an object on the paused preview, and Talk follows it through the clip and hides it with Blur, Pixelate or Black Out • Automatic face blur, with chosen faces left visible • One-tap Music Sync, Best Moments and Quick Recap edits, and seven rhythm templates • Manual editing: trim, split, merge, slip, speed, reverse, freeze frame, volume curves and audio ducking, plus keyframe animation for text and overlays • Royalty-free music by mood, genre and tempo, a stock library, AI B-roll chosen from your transcript, and voice-over recording • Export up to 1080p AI actions (prompt instructions, one-tap edits and Smart Edit's language-model tools) are limited per day on the free tier; captions, silence removal, face blur and manual editing are not.

Talk Pro ($7.99 a week, $14.99 a month or $69.99 a year) adds unlimited AI actions, 4K, 2K and HDR export at up to 60 fps, the full libraries of 62 filters, 41 effects, 19 transitions and 21 caption styles, auto-reframe with subject tracking, chroma key, motion tracking, person segmentation, masks, voice isolation, AI dubbing, virtual backgrounds, AI images, iCloud Sync and picture-in-picture camera reactions. It also includes AI Video, which makes clips of up to 15 seconds from a photo, a clip or a sentence: 30+ templates, a photo or frame brought to life, a person performing the moves from a video, a clip carried on past its last frame, footage changed as you describe, or a new setting behind the people in it. Each video's price in credits is shown before it is made; every plan includes credits, and subscribers can buy more.

Privacy: transcription, captions, silence detection, face blur, voice isolation and export run on the device and keep working in Airplane Mode. Features built on language models send text to OpenAI, plus a few low-resolution stills for some requests. AI Video is the only feature that uploads media, and only the photos and clips you choose for a video. No account is needed to edit.
