Partitions Alternatives

Partitions is described as 'is the ultimate app to help you organize your desktop! Gone are the days of cluttered desktops with dozens (or even hundreds) of files. Using Partitions, you can create groupings of files and shortcuts right on your desktop' and is an app in the Office & Productivity category. There are six alternatives to Partitions for Windows and Mac. The best alternative is Fences. It's not free, so if you're looking for a free alternative, you could try XLaunchpad or Portals. Other great apps like Partitions are Nimi Places (Free Personal), DesktopShelves (Paid) and Desktop Groups (Paid).
