Sad to see that the bandwidth limiting functionality is gone in the new free version :(

about NetBalancer · Jul 2015 · Helpful Not helpful Report as spam changing latency (in 'performance' tab of settings) to a higher value than default, eg: 15. I saved 0.5% to 1% on a 2015 ultraportable laptop with a broadwell core i5 2.3Ghz.

I quit the service app of netbalancer wheneveri login to my computer - just for performance, but when i want to use netbalancer, it pops error because of the non-working service app. is it possible me to restart that service after closing it without restart?
