Truly an amazing FOSS firewall. I just wish it had easier ways to block inbound, and maybe a different way to auto update instead of what seems to be utilizing vbs. Lastly not being able to use memory integrity isn't ideal ( I know its because of m$ not signing the driver).

What is Fort Firewall?
Fort Firewall is a standalone firewall solution for Windows 7 and later versions. It has a unique driver for seamless integration with the operating system. The software includes features like flexible network rules, support for wildcards in application path names, parent process-based rules, and the ability to filter by SvcHost.exe service names. It also offers speed limit application groups and blocklists through "Zones", and maintains traffic statistics for effective network traffic management and improved system security.

The best firewall app i have used so far after getting confused with all the other firewalls. Its simple, lightweight, user friendly and gets the job done. Highly recommended!
Probably the best firewall available for Windows right now. You can pass it lists of IPs from the internet and it will periodically re-fetch them and keep your block list updated. Its neat, it doesn't lag the system and overall its way better than Windows Defender.
The OpenSnitch equivalent to Windows.

Great software Firewall, with many features you usually have with paid software firewalls. Many functionalities, ad-free and open source. (hosted on github) My absolute favorite after simplewall for many years.
