Standalone WIndows app that is very easily installed (no server needed). Quite complete Gantt features including FS, FF, SS and SF dependencies and the possibility to change task colors. It's rather basic as project management software (no "to do" list per week, no comments on tasks, no display filters, no collaboration...), and a bit old-school looking, but as a free Gantt solution it's one of the best (together with ProjectLibre).

Completely free! No user license, many features that cover the entire scope of project management, a new pleasant interface in a single tool that hides a dozen! I'm a fan
