    • Uservoice is a customer support platform that revolves around ticketing, the management of a knowledge base, and customer idea forums. There's a small amount of overlap with Google Moderator with the idea forums ability to have additional users "+1" or "like" another users idea; however, not enough overlap to use UserVoice as a substitute for Google Moderator. smfarrellyApr 2015 • 0 agrees and 1 disagrees Disagree   Agree

    • Get Satisfaction is a customer support tool. It is for managing support tickets and feature requests. A user of Get Satisfaction is telling the world, "Ask me anything." Users of Google Moderator choose specific questions to ask their audience. I can't think of any time I'd ever use Get Satisfaction when I wanted to use Google Moderator. whenpigsflyApr 2015 Disagree   Agree
    • While UserVoice allows you to vote on suggestions, it's mostly a CRM and help desk product. It doesn't let you use it for live meetings like how they used Moderator inside Google. jeffvydunaApr 2015 Disagree   Agree

We built a Google Moderator importer that converts Google Moderator Takeout & CSV data into what we call our "Q&A/Brainstorm" poll. More details on that at https://www.polleverywhere.com/google-moderator .
