Get Satisfaction vs Google Moderator opinions
This alternative is disputed. Get Satisfaction is still a legitimate alternative to Google Moderator, but it might have issues that some users think are important.
whenpigsfly Get Satisfaction is a customer support tool. It is for managing support tickets and feature requests. A user of Get Satisfaction is telling the world, "Ask me anything." Users of Google Moderator choose specific questions to ask their audience. I can't think of any time I'd ever use Get Satisfaction when I wanted to use Google Moderator.
