Firefox is on the "browser spectrum" on the other side than chrome. Unlike any other browser it is not build on chromium (made from google) witch is also edge. That's also why you can block ads on youtube what you can't do on any other browser.

Comments about Brave as an Alternative to Google Chrome
Comment summary: Brave is praised for its privacy and security features like an efficient ad-blocker and built-in tracker protection, making it a favorable alternative to Google Chrome. Users appreciate its performance, fast browsing experience, and open-source nature. Brave is an effort to make a Chrome-like experience based on the Chromium code base and remove/block all the spyware Google put in to monitor your online activity. Brave is good, but it's not as good/flexible as Iridium.

Comments about Waterfox as an Alternative to Google Chrome
Comment summary: Waterfox is praised for being a strong Firefox fork with powerful features like 64-bit support and compatibility with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox extensions. Users appreciate its open-source nature and lack of telemetry data collection, offering more privacy than Chrome. If you haven't left Google Chrome because you think other browsers can't compete with its speed (which, in my experience, hasn't been completely true), try Waterfox out. It comes with the added bonus of being far more privacy-oriented than either Chrome or Firefox.

If you want to use a browser's Incognito mode (called Private Browsing in Firefox and Safari), you don't want where you go to be recorded in files stored on your computer. Microsoft Edge DOES store info about where you've been, even if you've been there using its InPrivate mode. (http://betanews.com/2016/01/30/stop-using-microsoft-edges-inprivate-mode-if-you-value-your-privacy/). Switch to an open source browser. There are plenty of good ones.

Zen is a remarkably fast and customizable browser, and possibly the best I've ever used. Especially considering how new it is, the amount of features is astounding. Additonally, the themes can be anything from recolors to adding whole new features, and you can have multiple on at once. Pretty much the only thing it doesn't have is DRM content. Because of the $5000 price tag on DRM lisences, it's not (currently) financially advisable for Zen's developer to buy one. Hopefully someday!
