Finding The Best Windows Application Launcher
The application launcher I'm currently using is Executor, which started 10+ years ago and still being maintained now. I have tried to switch to other launchers about 1~2 years ago but can't find one that fits my needs. I want to make a switch mainly because it sometimes lags. I need to wait for the searching list showing to push enter, which is a big no.

Looks nice.. gives you choice of appearance File right-click brings up shell context menu. Runs fast. Indexes. Good tactical keywords like "Switch Windows" that I don't see in Flow.

It is the most feature reach and customizable apps launcher for Windows. It's a pitty it's discontinued.

but this one wins hands down
My favorite launcher mainly for the ability to add keywords. It lets me create todo list shortcuts that open gvim with my todo.txt file in it as well as launch programs with a specific switch.
